Convergence Alpha 0.0.1_hotfix 2

Good morning, folks!  After several days of rigorous testing, a new update has arrived!  I mostly focused on control improvements with this one.

Changelog:

• Menu options can now be selected by clicking on them.
• (Hopefully) fixed controls not working for some players.
• Edgar's special now adds a huge CDR bonus.
• Adjusted some item weights.
• Made the "Conscript" boss %50 larger.
• Menus can now be navigated with the left control stick on top of existing d-pad support.
• Gur qernz unf pbyyncfrq.
• Edgar's knife now has a shorter range.

Please let me know how it works;  I want to make sure the basics work well before adding new content!
